We are pleased to announce the promotions of Jared Dolson and Michael Chiarantano to Surety Underwriters, effective February 1, 2023. Congratulations!
Jared Dolson started with WSC in February 2022 after spending 2 years as a Personal Insurance Broker. Jared holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in economics from McMaster University and he is currently working towards his ACSB designation. Jared will be servicing brokers and clients in Ontario.
In his free time Jared enjoys spending time in the outdoors through golfing, fishing, and running.
Michael Chiarantano started with WSC in May 2022; subsequent to 2 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry as a commercial underwriter and personal lines broker. Michael graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a minor in economics. He received the ACSB designation in 2022 and is actively working towards completion of the CIP and CRM designations. Michael will be servicing brokers and clients in Ontario.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys soccer, golf, and snowboarding.

Scott Donald, President and CEO of Western Surety Company, is please to present a cheque to the Athol Murray College of Notre Dame. This annual donation has been a long-standing tradition at WSC as we believe in supporting the educational, athletic, and personal growth of our youth. This donation will cover the yearly tuition and fees for one student.
