Jordan Schulz started with WSC in April 2022 after four (4) years of progressive experience within the surety industry prior to joining WSC. Jordan Received his Bachelor of Science majoring in Finance from Minot State University. He received the Associateship in Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) designation from the Surety Association of Canada in 2022. Jordan handles accounts in the regions of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys fastball, boating, fishing, hunting, camping, and snowmobiling.

Alex Leach started with WSC in July 2023 as a Surety Trainee. Alex is a graduate of the University of Regina’s Paul J. Hill School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with a major in finance. Alex is currently working towards his Associateship in Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) designation. Brokers in Western Canada can look forward to receiving correspondence from and discussions with Alex in the near future.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing rugby and golf in the summer and coaches high school football.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mr. Dale Binner on March 10, 2024, at the age of 69 years, after a relatively short battle with liver cancer. Dale was a fundamental part of the senior leadership team at WSC during his tenure, as Dale served as Controller and Corporate Secretary from 1980 until his retirement at the end of 2009. Dale also returned to WSC in 2013 to assist with the transition of the Controller role from the late Arden Giesbrecht to our current CFO Kristine Amberson.
“Dale was one of the first WSC employees I met when I started in 1987. It was readily apparent he was a soft spoken, intelligent, and welcoming individual. He made all people feel at ease and from him, I learned many of the accounting and reinsurance necessities required to assist me in my early Presidential years.” noted WSC President and CEO, Scott Donald. “Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends.”
In Dale’s memory, WSC will be providing a donation to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan.
