Greg Salmon, President and CEO of Western Surety Company ("WSC") is pleased to announce the promotion of Carter Ramler to the position of Senior Surety Underwriter effective April 1, 2026.

Carter began his career with WSC in June 2023 after graduating from the Paul J. Hill School of Business at the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in finance. Carter received his Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) designation from the Surety Association of Canada in 2025.

"Carter's hard work and enthusiasm have led to him developing into an excellent underwriter and a valued member of the WSC team," said Salmon. Carter will continue to service our broker partners and construction clients in the regions of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
